This fine mesh stainless steel grilling basket is ideal for smoking and grilling smaller foods such as chillis, tomatoes, garlic, nuts and seafood, which would otherwise fall through a regular grill rack. The fine mesh construction allows smoke, steam and heat to flow through to your food which makes it a highly useful accessory for both hot and cold smoking.

Two fold down side handles make it easy to move the basket and it’s contents and the 40cm diameter will fit a wide range of BBQ and smoking equipment, including the two larger ProQ smokers, the Frontier and the Excel. The mesh size is 6mm square approximately.
