Gaucho Chimichurri Rub
This rich herb and chilli rub was developed by the Angus & Oink team following their travels in Argentina where they cooked asado outdoors with large chunks of beef and lamb. It will enhance the flavours of any meat dishes – use as a seasoning for steaks and give any grilled meats a rich herb treatment. Mix into burgers or mix with olive oil to create a chimichurri dressing.
- 200g jar with sprinkle or pour lid
- Herbs, chilli, peppers, salt and sugar
- Gluten free and suitable for vegans
Apply an even coating to meats, use at approx 3-5% meat weight.
