This fabulous combination of coffee and chilli delivers an earthy, smoky bbq spice blend for meats and chicken. The fresh ground coffee has a robust flavour rounded out by Mexican Ancho chilli, which majors on flavour rather than heat, complementing a complex array of additional spices including paprika, mustard, cayenne and oregano.  The headline aroma of smoke and coffee creates delicious results with roasted or barbecued meats. Definitely try with beef, but also great with ribs, chops, belly pork and of course steak.
