Shawarma Rub (210g)
Full of Middle Eastern promise, this rub blends spices from India, North Africa and Europe. Delicious paired with lamb or vegetables. Try a slow cooked lamb shoulder for pulling, then pile into a flat bread with fresh yogurt, tabbouleh and fresh pomegranate for a traditional shawarma feast.
Big Phat Greek Seasoning (220g)
Add a little sunshine to your food with this traditional rub from the Southern Med, majoring on Oregano, Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon and Salt, all vegan and gluten free. Delicious for homemade Gyros and Souvlaki – grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pittas – with Greek salad.
Mexican Seasoning (220g)
A richly flavoured rub blending lime, chipotle and ancho chilli, with cumin and oregano for a little smoothness and tomato and orange for a touch of sweetness. A perfect combo for roasting chicken, pork or beef then shredding into tacos or creating a mega Cuban sandwich. Add to a salsa for a topping on tacos, burrito or fajitas, sprinkle with a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a Villahermosa inspired fresh salad or add to stews for a Yucatan vibe.
Honey Chilli (240g)
Create authentic Hong Kong sweet and sticky Chinese Honey Chilli Chicken with this heady blend of aromatic Chinese spices, red pepper and chilli. Suitable for oven, air fryer and BBQ cooking. For extra stickness, glaze with honey at the end of cooking. Lovely with chicken – thighs and wings – and pork, as well as any crispy chicken or pork dish. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.
HOW TO USE
Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight, or use mixed with with olive oil & lemon juice – leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, but ideally overnight.
