Sourced from orchards in Eastern Europe, this batch of pear is slightly smaller than our regular chip at around 5 to 7 mm. Totally natural and from FSC/PEFC certified resources, these chips are produced specifically for food smoking use. Suitable for most hot smokers, charcoal or gas. Add to white hot coals or protect in a smoker box. As they heat up their aromatic flavours are released infusing lovely smoky flavours into your food.

Pack size is approximately 1kg giving you enough smoking chips for around 8 smoking projects. Our strong kraft packaging has the full line up of eco credentials. Store your wood chips in a cool dry place and they will be great for smoking for at least 2 years.
