The Impressive Rooster Sriracha sauce by Angus & Oink is the ultimate buffalo wing sauce, based on the authentic spicy hot chilli sauce used on giant chicken wing sections, popularised in the Buffalo area of New York City (so nothing to do with buffalos…). These meatier wings are pumped up in the flavour stakes with this spicy, sticky sauce and its massive depth of flavour. Use it on wings or any other part of the chicken as a marinade, as a sauce straight from the bottle or as a tangy dipping sauce. Not bad with fish either!
