Glazed & Confused Sauce
A rich and sticky BBQ glaze pork shoulder, ribs & chicken, this is the ultimate decadent flavourful coating, helping to develop deep ‘bark’ colour and flavour as well as tenderising meats whether cooking low and slow or at a faster pace. Developed by Angus & Oink after working with teams involved in the US competition BBQ scene, this sauce also delivers on spicy warmth.
Paint or ladle on with a spoon for maximum gloss about 20 minutes before the end of smoking and grilling or use as a sauce for cooked meats.

- Ingredients include: sugar, honey, apple juice, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce
- 300ml glass bottle with screw top
Top tip: Wrap meat in foil or peach paper to cook down the flavours and tenderise the bark. Add the glaze towards the end of the cooking period. Add a dash of fruit juice to the foil pouch for extra flavour. Uncover for the last 30-40 mins of cooking to allow the glaze to set to a delicious sticking coating.
