Cherry is a lighter fruitwood flavour than apple with an aromatic, rounded, sweet flavour which is a great complement to lamb, gamebirds, poultry and fish as well as vegetables and fruits, so a highly versatile flavour.

Suitable for cold smoking, our cherry dust is a light, reddish dust with a mixture of fine and larger particles. Depending on the batches, which can vary, this dust can be used with mesh cold smoke generators along with a wide range of other cold smoking techniques.
