Cabernet Oak Smoking Dust 500g

The strong, rich and rounded flavour of oak dust with a subtle red wine flavour. The dust is infused with a blended Cabernet wine variety to give you two flavours in one. The wine gives a gentle lift to the rich oak and makes a great partner to cold smoked meats and game as well as cheeses.
The dust is a uniform 1 to 2 mm size and it is slightly red tinged. It’s a great consistency for use in the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator, a fuss-free way to create cooled smoke flavour for cold smoking even in a regular BBQ.
Pack size is approximately 500g, which is 5 x 100g fills of the smoke generator or 50 hours of cold smoke altogether. Packaged in sealed cellophane bags. Reseal bags after use, store in a cool dry place and your smoking dust will last for at least a couple of years.
