Alder is a light and delicate smoke flavour with a hint of sweetness. Pair with any fish and salmon in particular, but also delicious with chicken, seafood, pork and any vegetables.

Suitable for cold smoking, our alder dust is a fine to medium consistency dust in a light colour.  This dust size works well with mesh cold smoke generators along with a wide range of other cold smoking techniques.
