We want you to be a happy Hot Smoked customer and hope you enjoy your goods from us.
Here’s the small print, just in case:
All goods shall remain in the sole ownership of Hot Smoked until such time as all monies payable have been received. The dispatch of goods will not take place until payment has been made in full.
Hot Smoked reserves the right to cancel your order. If insufficient stock is available we will propose a suitable alternative or if you prefer we will reimburse you for the items we are unable to supply.
REFUNDS POLICY
a) Damaged Goods
Hot Smoked will replace goods which are damaged in transit. Please contact us on info@hotsmoked.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of your goods to inform us of any damage to either the outer carton or the goods themselves. We can arrange returns via Royal Mail, so please contact us for details.
b) Lost goods
If goods ordered are not received by the customer and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, the customer should notify Hot Smoked within 7 days of placing their order for replacement goods to be sent. Hot Smoked will investigate lost packages with its courier partner. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside this time limit.
c) Faulty goods
Hot Smoked operates a rapid replacement and refund policy for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact Hot Smoked by phone on 01295 981580 or by email at info@hotsmoked.co.uk so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned wherever possible with their original packaging. Postage costs of the return of faulty goods will be reimbursed by Hot Smoked to the customer.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
The right to cancel your order must be exercised on or before the seventh day following the day after the delivery of the goods. Customers wishing to exercise this right must notify Hot Smoked by email to info@hotsmoked.co.uk. As a condition of the right to cancel customers must arrange at their own expense the return of the goods in a saleable condition to the address above. The goods will be deemed returned when receipt is confirmed at the above address. Customers will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the goods. Hot Smoked reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods are returned in a damaged and unsaleable condition.
Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty.
Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Hot Smoked shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question.
