Our Whisky Oak dust is produced from pure oak smoking dust which is tumbled and soaked in a blended whisky creating a unique robust flavour combination of the strong tones of oak plus a heady hit of whisky. A delicious flavour for meats, game, salmon and many other foods.

Suitable for cold smoking, our whisky oak dust is dark in colour and a consistently fine particle dust. This dust size is perfect for use with mesh cold smoke generators along with a wide range of other cold smoking techniques.
