Our Whisky Barrel Oak chips are produced from oak barrels used to age Scottish whisky. Infused over 25 years or more, these chips have a wonderful heady aroma of whisky and combined with the versatile heavy wood smoke flavour of oak, these are very special smoking chips. A delicious flavour for meats, game, salmon and many other foods.

Suitable for most hot smokers, these chips are 6 to 10mm in size and packaged in heavy duty plastic bags. Reseal loosely after use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
