Our bumper 5kg packs offer a cost effective, no frills option for your smoking chips supplies. These wonderful large plum chips provide a subtle smoking wood flavour, with a delicate smoky sweetness. An excellent pairing with lighter meats, pork, chicken and fish as well as vegetables and a great addition to BBQ desserts. Sourced from orchards in Eastern Europe, this batch of plum is in a slightly larger chip than most of our other flavours with a deep orange colour, measuring 8 to 15 mm.

Totally natural, FSC/PEFC certified resouces and produced specifically for food smoking use. Suitable for most hot smokers, charcoal or gas. The chips are supplied in a super strong, natural kraft sack which is made from FSC certified raw materials and can be recycled many times.

Reseal after use and store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Stored correctly your smoking chips will last for two years or more.
