This fuel option for the Ooni Pro Quad-Fuelled Oven will deliver superior temperature control and mess-free cooking. The gas fuel option will reach 500 deg C temperatures within around 20 minute and the heat can be sustained or regulated using the gas supply. No need to refuel and easier to manage a constant cooking temperature. Gas might not deliver the same 'wood-fired cooking' taste but it certainly comes out on top for ease of use.

The stainless steel burner attaches to the back of the oven using the screws and allen key supplied - really easy to do and full instructions are provided. Attach the hose to your gas cannister (not supplied) and turn on the gas supply.

The Ooni Pro Gas Burner is currently available in the UK and Germany only. Please note that this product is not certified to be used outside of those countries. Only use with the Ooni Pro pizza door in place. Only for use with the Ooni Pro Quad-Fuelled Oven. Not suitable for use with any other oven, or any other Ooni oven.
