All our Hot Smoked wood products are FSC approved or from sustainable sources including managed estates. The wood is completely natural virgin timber from a non waste source, it is kiln dried to replicate the seasoning process and ground to a size ranging from 1 to 2mm. As this is a natural product, batches and wood chips size can vary. Our Beech dust is a rich pale colour and is made up of very fine particles.
