This pure Apple wood dust is ideal for use in a wide range of cold smoking projects and is also the ideal wood texture for stainless steel hot smokers. The dust is packed by weight and is available in bags of 500g (£4.50) and 1kg (£9.00). Larger bulk quantities are also available. See separate entry. The dust is packaged in recyclable cellophane bags. All woods for smoking are sourced from managed estates or sustainable sources and the wood is completely natural and untreated. Our apple wood is sourced from sustainable FSC/PEFC certified managed orchards in the USA.
