    ur Apple wood dust is heavy and dense and combines pure dust with slightly larger wood particles. It has a deep reddish colour. Apple is a strong wood smoke flavour, but its rounded aroma makes it suitable for use with many foods from red meats to cheeses to more delicate fish. Choose from 500g and 1kg pack weights.

    ur beech wood dust is pale in colour and very fine in texture. Beech produces a light and delicate smoke flavour with a slight nutty hint.     his fine particle wood dust combines the strong, rich and rounded flavour of oak with Cabernet red wine. The dust is tumbled in a Cabernet wine blend to give you a subtle double flavour hit for your cold moking projects. Supplied in 500g cellophane bags with a twine tie.
