This pure Beech wood dust is ideal for use in a wide range of cold smoking projects and is also the ideal wood texture for stainless steel hot smokers. It is particularly well suited to use in the ProQ Cold Smoke Generators as is a fine consistency throughout and is reliably supplied to us in this form. The dust is packed by weight and is available in weights of 500g and 1kg. Larger bulk quantities are also available. See separate entry. The dust is packaged in robust cellophane packs. All woods for smoking are sourced from managed estates or sustainable sources and the wood is completely natural and untreated. This alder wood is sourced from sustainable FSC/PEFC certified managed woodlands in Germany.
