Give your BBQ food the full jerk Caribbean treatment with this combination of Exodust rub and Voodoo Mango sauce, both by Angus & Oink and inspired by their travels. The rub majors on chilli, all spice, ginger and red bell pepper whilst the sauce has a zingy mix of mango pulp and the heat of scotch bonnet chillis.

The Angus & Oink range of rubs and sauces do not contain any artificial colours or flavourings, anti-caking agents or preservatives, just pure flavour. Exodust ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Coriander, Onion, Thyme, All Spice, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Lime Powder, Chilli, Celery Salt, Red Bell Pepper Instructions for use: Sprinkle onto chicken, amount according to taste, rub into meat and allow to set for 20 minutes or ideally overnight before slow slow cooking. Voodoo Mango Ingredients: Mango pulp (27.3%), Distilled Malt Vinegar, Apple Juice, Onion, Carrot, Yellow Peppers, Scotch Bonnet, Garlic, Ginger, Golden Syrup, Mustard Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin, Ground Coriander, Black Pepper. Instructions for use: Shake and use hot or cold as a condiment or the base for a marinade. Once opened consume within 4 weeks.
