This West Indian inspired pepper sauce is a hot blend of fruit, peppers and scotch bonnet chilli. The Angus & Oink range of sauces does not contain any artificial colours, favourings or preservatives, just pure flavour. Once opened consume within 4 weeks.
Ingredients: Mango pulp (27.3%), Distilled Malt Vinegar, Apple Juice, Onion, Carrot, Yellow Peppers, Scotch Bonnet, Garlic, Ginger, Golden Syrup, Mustard Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin, Ground Coriander, Black Pepper.
Instructions for use: Shake and use hot or cold as a condiment or the base for a marinade.
