Developed following a trip to Cuba, this BBQ rub will bring some zingy flavours to chicken, seafood, pork and vegetables. The ingredients are a balance of citrus and chilli for a rich heat.
Angus & Oink advise use as follows: Apply the Cuban Seasoning to a moist surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in, it can also be fixed with olive oil and citrus to form a paste. Add to roasted pork and then cook and slice for Cubano sandwiches with cheese, pickle, ham and mustard. Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-5% meat weight.
Gluten free, vegan friendly, contains celery.
Supplied in a 225g shaker spice jar.
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Celery Salt (Celery), Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Onion, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit Powder, Coriander, Fennel, Chilli, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide at less than 2% (anti caking agent)
