These bumper packs of 120 Bradley Bisquettes in a single flavour should give you 40 hours smoking time. Made of natural compressed chips from hardwoods or fruitwoods, they are designed specifically for use with the Bradley range of hot and cold smokers. Bradley Flavour Bisquettes create controlled smoke production which is one of the reasons the Bradley is able to generate consistent smoking results every time. Once loaded into the Bradley Smoke Generator, each bisquette burns for 20 minutes each before it is gently pushed by the next bisquette from the burner element and extinguished in the water pot. This cycle automatically continues for as long as the Bradley Smoker is loaded with bisquettes. Operating costs are estimated at less than £1 per hour, plus Bradley Bisquettes eliminate both unwanted heat as well as the acids, resins and gasses which can result from the burning process, giving you at one and the same time greater temperature control and consistent smoke flavour - reputed to be four times cleaner than smoke produced by identical loose chips burned in a fry-pan or burn-box.

New: Jim Beam bisquette flavours now available. These are made from the oak barrels used in the making of Jim Beam Bourbon and have a deep rich flavour with strong overtones of the bourbon essence. Ideal for meats such as venison, wild game, beef and some pork dishes.
