Owner Tim Hill is a brilliant, knowledgeable host and has achieved something amazing, from the first vine plantings in 2018/19 to some superb wines today. Growing at 800ft above sea level presents its challenges but the results are dry, crisp quintessential English wines, perfect for pairing with cured meats and hot smoked classics.
