BBQr's Delight wood pellets are made from 100% natural wood compressed into a pellet form. They are ready to use straight from the bag and don't require any soaking. This compressed form of wood - produced from sawdust which is heated and pressurised without any other added ingredients - readily smoulders and will generate smoke flavour for longer than uncompressed wood options. The pellets should be used in a foil pouch (instructions for creating a pouch are supplied on the back of the pack) or use a purpose-designed container such as a stainless steel smoker box or cast iron smoker pot (both in Accessories section) and place directly over white hot charcoal. Each 450gm (1lb) pack contains 10 smoking uses. Wood pellets are suitable for use with any charcoal based food smoker or gas or charcoal bbq, but are not suitable for Bradley or Cameron Smokers.

BBQ'rs Delight offers an extensive array of unusual and mouthwatering wood flavours to suit any type of food smoking including Mulberry, Pecan, Orange or Alder and there are stight variations on the pure wood theme such as Jack Daniel's pellets which are made from the mellowing charcoal used as a filter during the distillation of Jack Daniel's whiskey and Savoury herb which is formed from oak sawdust mixed with oregano, rosemary and thyme.
